A FESTIVE BREAKFAST: MUGCAKE

A delicious, filling and super quick sweet breakfast to start your day! I usually make this when I crave banana pancakes but don’t have time to make them. You can add different flavours like chocolate, vanilla, cinnamon etc. I made it with cinnamon today! I’d love to hear what you guys think of it:

INGREDIETS 
• 30 grams oatmeal
• 1 egg
• 1 banana
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• toppings of your choice (like plant based yoghurt, chocolate, nuts, peanutbutter, fruits or coconut flakes)

DIRECTIONS

Mash banana in a bowl. Add oatmeal and egg and mix it with a fork or a blender until smooth. Add some cinnamon too. Put the mixture in a 8-ounce mug and microwave on full power for 2 minutes. If cake begins to bubble to the top of the container, stop microwave briefly and allo wit to settle before continuing. Cake is done when the top is no longer sticky and springs back when pushed. You can eat it from the mug or put it on  plate! Add toppings of your choice. I really love to add plantbased yoghurt, peanutbutter and chocolate 🙂 Enjoy!
